Coaching

Our coaching methods are diversified from developing guide books, to producing visual teaching aids, short films and on hand lessons. In addition to that, we run workshops, camps, organize tournaments, do school talks entitled “Chat On Life” and coaching too. Kaiser’s animated and gregarious speaker, Shawn Tay, provides an amiable and laid back environment regaling anecdotes about his life as a student yet delivering the importance of the talk.

Coaching Kit

K7: A specially developed module by a psychologist which we infuse the teaching in all our activities and coaching sessions. The module is specifically tailored to apply to 6-17 years old.We aim to build the foundation so that the students will be able to achieve greater heights. We want to nurture great sportsmen and even greater students for the future.

We Are The Champions: Targeted at students at risk and juveniles who are not performing as well as they are capable of in their studies and making positive strides in life for themselves. We introduce our 3 ladies of success “Sally”, “Dolly” and “Mary” to students to find that strength and determination in them to succeed despite hurdles and 'roadblocks' in live.

Parental Coaching: Some parents have found that coaching helps keep their child involved in team games. Others find that coaching their child is a recipe for disaster. We created a module so that you and your child can gain the most out of the coaching experience and strengthen that positive bond between parent and child. We encourage parents to apply on his/her players to develop a great team and an excellent person academically and socially.

Junior Football Manual/Video: Junior football manual is a complete and easy to follow guide book for anyone to learn football from. Our manual is suitable for children aged 5-16 years old. You log onto our website in the future to watch the footage of drills and exercises that you can do to improve your football skills or for coaches to use as teaching aid.

Junior Basketball Manual/Video: Basketball is another dominant sport in Singapore and we have produced a comprehensive yet easy to comprehend basketball manual so that the number of basketball players will grow in the future.

River Valley High: Enthusiastic students of River Valley High left their lecture theatre wanting more on the talk on "Trigger Factors In Your Life".

Chestnut Drive Secondary: Chestnut Drive students' were inspired by Shawn's motivational talk as well as entertained by clips and slides produced by Kaiser to encourage students to persevere thru life and never to give up on their lives.

 

 

Anglican High Secondary School: Anglican High has always sought the National Interschool Basketball Trophy and in 2008, after a thought provoking and motivational talk by Shawn, Anglican High's 'C' division basketball boys won the 2008 National Championship. Congratulations boys!

Henry Park Primary School: Kaiser also coaches the newly formed Henry Park's boys football team. Coaching puts intense emphasis on character development, strong foundation in individuals and team work.
